A three-surface platform for a Philippine accounting firm: marketing site, CRM for pipeline management, and Workdesk where client work happens. AI ingests Gmail, runs OCR on receipts, categorizes transactions, and drafts BIR filings — end to end.

The firm was running on spreadsheets, Gmail, and institutional memory. Client onboarding, pipeline tracking, bookkeeping, and BIR compliance lived in four different places — none of which talked to each other.
A Turborepo monorepo with three deployable apps on one Supabase backend. Marketing site for positioning, CRM for deal flow, Workdesk for execution. AI layer handles Gmail ingestion, OCR on statements and receipts, transaction categorization, and first-draft BIR forms and client reports. Every service has its own discovery, PRD, tech spec, and API spec in-repo.
Accountants stopped copying numbers between tabs. New clients onboard in one surface. The firm ships work the AI drafted and the human reviewed — not the other way around.
